sweet stay near the heart
central locationkind stafflarge windowslovely view
location was ideal, only a short walk from everything i wanted to see. it made exploring so easy. the staff were so kind. my room featured large windows, they provided a lovely view i wont forget.
the stairs felt steep.

the reception area includes several comfortable chairs, it was nice. a staff member assisted me with directions to local attractions. he gave me a map, this was very helpful. i felt very welcomed.

noisy roompoor heating source
The room i got felt quite cramped. Nowhere to really put my stuff. also, the bathroom lacked a proper heating system, so it was freezing!!! the thin walls didn't help either. Every little noise from next door echoed right through. a little disappointed, i must say. i think that noisy room and poor heating source were something i could not handle.

the location near the train station made getting around very easy. the staff offered assistance with directions. my room, a quadruple room river view, provided a calming view of the water, lovely. the cleanliness throughout the hotel impressed me.
the breakfast area felt quite small when more than a few people were present.

The room was clean. The bathroom and shower looked like they were recently renovated. The location was decent because of its great price.
The room was small and located on the ground floor. A busy street was next to the room, so there was a lot of traffic.

fantastic locationamazing staffheating sourcepaper-thin wall
the hotel had a fantastic location within walking distance! i loved that location had roadway access, we were dropped off right in front. this. the front desk staff were amazing, they answered all my questions.
there was no separate heating source in the bathroom. the walls in the building were paper-thin. i could hear noises from the neighboring room.
